Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement (DEI)

At Tracy Inc., DEI is the inclusion, acceptance, and appreciation of the differences among people to foster an environment, where individuals are valued and equal opportunities are created, so that all employees can reach their full potential, maximize their contributions, and advance Tracy’s mission and level of excellence.

Equity is the principle of fairness and justice that guides us at Tracy, treating everyone fairly and impartially, especially those that may have been denied it in the past. Dismantling historical barriers and enabling an environment where everyone has a chance to achieve their full potential.

Inclusion involves embracing and celebrating our differences, respecting, valuing, and supporting each other, and creating an environment at Tracy where everyone feels like they belong and are welcome and able to participate, create and contribute.
